Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, give you the right to direct a business not to sell or share your personal information.

Our position

Biomarker Health does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not provide patient information to data brokers, advertisers, or insurers.

Health information you provide as a patient is additionally protected under HIPAA and is used only as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Submitting a request anyway

You do not need to opt out of something we do not do. If you would nonetheless like your preference recorded, or you want to exercise a related right — access, correction, deletion, or a list of the parties we have disclosed information to — you can submit a request by emailing support@biomarkerhealth.com or through the contact page.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request about your information, and we will not deny you care or charge you differently for making one.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of the agent's authority and may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
