Every panel we run is reviewed by a licensed medical professional before you see a plan, and every plan is owned by one. Nothing here is generated and sent without a clinician's decision behind it.
Led by licensed medical professionals
Care is delivered by licensed medical professionals practising within their scope under Florida law. A Quest medical professional draws your blood. Your licensed medical professional reviews the panel, sets the protocol, writes any prescription, and decides your re-test interval.
What a clinician actually does with your panel
- Reads the whole panel, not the flags. Most findings that matter are patterns across several markers, not one value outside a range.
- Sets targets, not just thresholds. Where the evidence supports an optimal range narrower than the lab's reference range, that is the target.
- Decides whether to treat at all. A meaningful share of panels end in a behaviour change and a re-test date rather than a prescription.
- Owns the re-test. An intervention without a follow-up measurement is a guess with paperwork.
On peptides and off-label prescribing
Some of what we prescribe is off-label, and some is dispensed through licensed compounding pharmacies. That is a clinical judgement made case by case, and it comes with a conversation about what is known, what is not, and what the alternatives are. Long-term safety data for several peptides in healthy adults is limited, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
