Your signed lab order is good at a Quest patient service center anywhere in the country. Your blood draw happens at a Quest center near you, never at our clinic.

You book the visit
Right after checkout we email your signed lab order. You book your own Quest appointment online or by phone, any location, any day that suits you, and bring the order with you. Walk-ins are accepted but often wait.
03 · The visit
One visit, in and out
Every marker on your panel comes off one appointment, one set of tubes. Your lab order and the fasting instructions are in your dashboard and your inbox before you go, so you arrive with the order on your phone and a photo ID.

Do you take insurance?
No — we're cash-pay by design. No insurance, no referral, and no surprise bill weeks later. You won't need an insurance card at your draw; it's already covered by what you paid. You can still use your own insurance for labs; see below.
Can I use my insurance for labs?
Yes, with one thing to know first. Our panels are far more comprehensive than the standard labs from an annual physical. Billed through insurance, the same tests can run thousands of dollars, and insurers often cover only part of it, or none.
If you'd still like to use your insurance, start with a paid consult with one of our licensed medical professionals (30 or 60 minutes). They'll order your labs and walk you through what to expect. Coverage is between you and your insurer, and you're responsible for anything it doesn't pay. We don't bill insurance for our services. Book a consult →
What's included in a panel?
Your blood draw, your full marker set scored against the optimal range for your age and sex — not just the lab's normal one — and a call with a licensed medical professional to walk through what it actually means. Not a portal message.

How does the blood draw work?
We partner with Quest, so you can draw at a location near you. You book the visit yourself, online or by phone, at any Quest patient service center.
We email you a signed lab order right after checkout. Bring it to Quest, printed or on your phone, with a photo ID. One draw, about ten minutes.
Do I need to fast?
Plan on it: 10–12 hours, water is fine, and a morning visit is easiest. Some panels don't require fasting at all — your draw confirmation carries the specifics for yours, so check it before you go.
How long do results take?
They land in your portal 5–7 days after your draw. We email you the moment they're in, so you're not refreshing a page waiting for them.
What happens after my results?
A licensed medical professional takes you through the panel on a call — what's optimal, what's worth moving, and what it means in the context of your history and goals.
If a protocol makes sense, they build it with you around what your panel actually showed. Nothing is prescribed before a clinical evaluation.
Am I committing to anything ongoing?
No. A panel is a one-time purchase — you can test, get your results and your call, and stop there.
