Biomarker Health is committed to making this site and our patient portal usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard we work to

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by most accessibility regulation in the United States, and it is what we test against.

What we do

• Every page provides a skip link to the main content and a logical heading structure.
• Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Motion respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Colour is not used as the only means of conveying information.

Known limitations

This site is actively developed. Where we find a barrier we fix it rather than documenting it as acceptable, but we are not claiming a clean audit we have not had. A formal third-party audit is planned.

If any part of this site or the portal prevents you from doing something, tell us through the contact page and describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We treat accessibility reports as defects, not feedback.
